GB Pharma is seeking a Head of Financial and Business Analysis, a senior role that will play a central part in the organisation and form part of GB Pharma’s Executive Committee.

The role combines financial control, business analysis and support for business development, with an active part in supporting the company’s future growth and development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the Accounting and Finance Department and for overseeing key processes relating to financial planning, control and analysis.

In particular, they will be involved, by way of example, in activities relating to Financial Planning and Control, including team coordination, the preparation of budgets and forecasts, the analysis of management accounts, the monitoring of the financial results of contracts and projects, as well as the analysis of revenue, order books, cash flow, timesheets and invoicing.

The successful candidate will actively contribute to the assessment of ongoing activities and future opportunities, making their financial and business expertise available to the Board of Directors and ensuring an up-to-date overview of the company’s economic and financial situation.

The role will also provide support to the Business Development Department

We are seeking a professional with solid experience in the field of finance and financial control, accustomed to working with complex economic and financial data and to contributing to business decisions.

Previous experience in the CRO sector is highly desirable

• the ability to analyse profit and loss accounts, cash flows, revenue and project profitability;

• an interest in the dynamics of business development and contract management.
