Actions, Communication and Transparency
A Strategic Plan for the implementation of this policy and related objectives is defined and monitored, within a gender equality management system; progress and results are monitored through the preparation of specific KPIs.
An Advisory Committee for gender equality is established to ensure the effective adoption and continuous and effective application of the gender equality policy.
The Management has identified its Project Contact and has defined: a specific program for the management of reports and a sanctioning system for the prevention of any form of physical, verbal, digital abuse (harassment) in the workplace.
This Policy is communicated and disseminated within the organization and among all people who have relationships with our Company in the interest of transparency and collaboration.
